How many dozens of 8'' or 9'' corn tortillas can one ton of corn produce?

easy part actually, You find a recipe, & divide the amount of corn flour

by the number of tortillas the recipe makes.

Then you find out how much flour one ton of frech corn makes. This may be
a little trickier, because you will have to decide if it is ton of fresh
kernels or a ton of corn still on the cob .
But once you have decided on that, you can divide the amount of flour by
how much is needed to make one tottilla.
And voila! You have ur answer ;)
